Welcome to the Web Site!

Welcome to our web site! We hope you find our site a useful and entertaining guide to swimming pool care. Owning a pool in Houston is a challenging proposition. In all the state of Texas, there is only one natural lake. There's a reason for that: our climate is not friendly to standing bodies of water, whether it's a lake or a backyard swimming pool. Airborne contaminants, like algae and mold spores, are constantly introduced to the water. Rain, heat, and sunlight take their toll, as well. Without adequate quantities of chemicals, circulation, and filtration, pool water will quickly turn as brown and murky as Lake Conroe. That's why we're here, helping Houston pool owners fight the never-ending battle against algae! (The only natural lake in Texas? It's Caddo Lake, in the northeast corner of the state.)
